Delete your data
Hiccup Hop by Yassine Benchekroun. This page is the "account and data deletion" link for the stores.
Option 1: in the game (fastest)
- Open Hiccup Hop and go online.
- Tap Settings → Delete my data → Delete everything.
- The game deletes everything on your phone, your cloud backup and your anonymous player account (which also removes your leaderboard entries).
Option 2: by email
- Email jonas.b3n@gmail.com with the subject "Hiccup Hop data deletion".
- Include your player ID if you have it (Settings > Privacy shows it). Without it, tell us roughly when you played and on which device so we can find it.
- We delete the cloud backup, anonymous player account, leaderboard entries and analytics linked to that ID within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Game progress, flies, upgrades, cosmetics, statistics and missions (device + cloud backup).
- Your anonymous Unity player account and its leaderboard scores.
- Analytics events linked to your player ID.
What is not deleted
- Purchase records kept by Google Play / the App Store and RevenueCat (needed for tax and refunds). Your purchases can still be restored.
- Data held by ad networks under their own policies; reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
